Join Alexis (she/her), a Harlem Yoga instructor, for a Once A Month hour-long yin and guided meditation class for QTBIPOC FOLK. All BIPOC folk who identify under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella are welcome.  We will call in the support of our honorable ancestors of Earth and Stars to tend to our bodies during these intense times. This is a gentle and deep practice. 

After class, enjoy some time mingling and enjoying light refreshments. 

Class will be held every first Sunday of the month from 11:30 to 1 p.m. 
11:30- 12:30pm yin and guided meditation
12:30-1pm Mingle

The Sista Circle: Yoga & Journaling for Black Women

Join us for an afternoon of community, movement, and reflection at this yoga and journaling workshop for Black women. The open-level session will include a grounding meditation, followed by a yoga flow designed to connect breath with movement. Afterward, there will be time for journaling and personal reflection, with a guided prompt to help explore any thoughts or emotions that arose during the practice. Attendees are encouraged to bring a journal. Props such as mats, blankets, yoga blocks, and pens will be provided.

Please Note: This is a sacred space created for Black women. Those who do not identify as Black women are encouraged to show support by spreading the word about this gathering.
