What do I need to bring to class?
Do I need to be flexible?
Yoga is not about being able to turn your body into a pretzel. So, you do not need to "be flexible" to take a yoga class. Yoga helps your physical body develop many positive traits such as strength, good posture, proprioception, balance, and yes, flexibilty.
