Prenatal Belly Dancing
Sundays – 4:00-5:00 p.m. (in-studio or online)

Meet other future moms in Harlem and the Upper West Side and feel more comfortable and confident during your pregnancy in Harlem Yoga Studio’s prenatal yoga classes. This class teaches movements and yoga poses to strengthen and tone the muscles and organs needed for labor and delivery and to alleviate common discomforts such as swelling, back pain, constipation, and varicose veins. An emphasis is placed on soothing, relaxing breathwork and meditation, giving you space to connect deeply with your innate wisdom to nurture your baby and to enjoy the miraculous process of pregnancy and birth.

Our goal is to make you feel welcome, well cared for, calm, and confident with each class. Our prenatal classes are for women at all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
