At Harlem Yoga Studio, we know that yoga is vital to remain grounded both physically and mentally during difficult times. Recent restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic have forced us to close our physical doors for now, but it hasn’t stopped us from moving, breathing, and creating community through yoga. We currently offer a full schedule of online yoga classes in New York City (NYC).

We are determined to continue making yoga accessible to everyone, even though we cannot currently meet in person. Through Zoom, we provide an online yoga community to anyone anywhere. We continue to provide a variety of classes from our fantastic instructors, ranging from yoga basics for brand-new beginners to more advanced vinyasa classes, prenatal and postnatal yoga, Pilates, and a variety of online workshops.
Our classes come in a range of difficulties and styles, so whether you have never done a yoga pose in your life or if you’ve been doing yoga for years, we have the perfect class for you. Our online schedule is incredibly flexible, and we offer classes at virtually any time of the day for varying lengths of time.
