Understanding your Pelvic Floor

Sunday, June 14, 2026

2-4 pm

$55 Early Bird (until 5/25)/$65

The pelvic floor is a powerful part of our body and is foundational to our overall health. The tissues and bones of our pelvis encompass our reproductive, eliminatory, and digestive organs. They shift and change according to stress, infection, pregnancy and birth, hormonal changes, lifestyle, and trauma. When it is in balance, we feel at ease; when out of balance, it can significantly impact the quality of our life.

This workshop will focus on understanding what the pelvic floor is and the role it plays on our emotional and physical health.

What to accept in this workshop: Education, anatomy understanding, movement, conditions that impact the pelvic floor. We will touch upon digestive health, sexual health, lifestyle, and nutrition.
