Series: Developing a Pranayama and Meditation Practice

Sunday, February 1, 2026

9:30-10:45 am

Early Bird: $170 (before 1/19) Regular: $185

If you've ever wanted to build a meditation and breathwork practice but have found it challenging, this is the right series for you! In this 6-week series, we will explore the history and science of meditation and breathwork; as well as different mindfulness, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and concentration building practices. We will also explore movements that help open up the breathing muscles, calm the nervous system, and ground the body. We will form community through journaling and sharing. The benefits of these practices have been shown to:

Improve brain health
Improve focus and concentration
Spend more time in the present moment vs. living in the past or the future
Help with pain management and possibly improve health
Help with stress, anxiety, and depression
Improve our relationship with life practices like nutrition, movement, self-image, relationships, and work

You can join this series in person or virtually. Link will be provided before the start of the series. (Recordings are not available.) No class on 3/1.
